The Agile Nation Ascent Programme for Working Women is a complete programme of training and supported development that helps you gain key Team Leading and Management skills and receive a recognised qualification.

Courses run one day a week for five weeks over a seven week period (this includes a two week break to allow for assignments to be completed)  You will receive a training needs analysis and all the support and guidance you need to build your career.
